THE INNOVATION

1962 – Dunlop discovers aquaplaning, a breakthrough that allows tyres to maintain grip at high speed on wet roads
1972 – Dunlop pioneers RunOnFlat Technology, which allows vehicles to keep driving even after a blowout
2014 – Dunlop designs Noise Shield Technology, designed to significantly reduce vehicle noise by up to 50%*
